This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Speak not, lie hidden, and conceal the way you dream, the things you feel. Deep in your spirit let them rise akin to stars in crystal skies that set before the night is blurred: delight in them and speak no word.
How can a heart expression find? How should another know your mind? Will he discern what quickens you? A thought, once uttered, is untrue. Dimmed is the fountainhead when stirred: drink at the source and speak no word.
Live in your inner self alone within your soul a world has grown, the magic of veiled thoughts that might be blinded by the outer light, drowned in the noise of day, unheard... take in their song and speak no word. -Silentium! poem by Fyodor Tyutchev. trans. by Vladimir Nabokov
I like old poetry .... and, this is a very good translation in the scence that it rhymes. My favorite line is "A thought, once uttered, is untrue." for some reason. It just hits me in a good way.
Silence ... thoughts ... the tone ...
All-in-all, it's a poem I wanted to share with anyone who came by.
